The New West Learning Center represents a vision for enrichment and learning which will enhance life for Howard County families. Home to the New West After School program, and the nationally prominent Baltimore Fencing Center, the New West Learning Center is a facility that promotes fitness and language learning. We are especially focused on families who endeavor to raise academic stars who are also physically fit, as well as adults who seek to remain physically and mentally active.

NWLC is the dream of Baltimore Fencing owner and head coach Bin Lu. The Center's mission is to provide a venue for athletic and academic opportunities that will support area families and enrich the lives of children and adults, in one convenient location, in the heart of Howard County.
